1)They pay servers less than minimum wage ("liquor servers" in a family resturant...right...)
2)Dont believe in raises for servers (EVER!)
3)Require tip out based on sales, not actual tips earned (guarenteeing tips for the kitchen, which results in risk to the server for each table taken) Customers shouldnt feel "required" to tip!!! Unfortionatly if they dont tip, their server makes less than minimum wage. Shame on you pizza hut!!!

We do Care. @demonsrt4 there is some Pizza Hut's that use dough that is thawed out and some Pizza Hut that make there dough in store. Every Pizza Hut that I know have pastas. People need to understand we are 100% thinking of our guests all the time. No one in our company wants to deal with a guest mad. We don't make mistakes or have problems just to make you mad. Why did they have to blow up the resturaunt when they're just chaning the logo? They tear down the resturaunt then rebuild it the exact same way but change the logo to Pasta Hut. Why don't they just take off the Pizza Hut logo, then put Pasta Hut? So much simplier.

@FaintAura They're not shitty. But they are pretty expensive and doesn't make you full much. But I order mine for them to deliver me, so take off the dilvery charge and tips and it's pretty okay price, but still not like cheap. It doesn't make you full, but it's delicious.
Well maybe in the USA you dont clean and treat your guests right, but here in Sweden we have strict rules how to work, serve our guests and the cleaning has to be perfect done! Pizza Hut doesnt suck. It's definitely not a luxurous restaurant, but waaay better than McDonalds!

We do Care. @demonsrt4 there is some Pizza Hut's that use dough that is thawed out and some Pizza Hut that make there dough in store. Every Pizza Hut that I know have pastas. People need to understand we are 100% thinking of our guests all the time. No one in our company wants to deal with a guest mad. We don't make mistakes or have problems just to make you mad. As a manager of Pizza hut, and yes we still sell Pasta.
We are by far the best of all the franchised pizza restaurants by far.
I have two domino's and five other pizza joints in my delivery area and yet we still have a 20% sales growth on last year and for that matter 2007.
Go pay $20.00 for a privately owned pizza shop pizza.
I guarantee you that the pizza you will eat from us has had the dough made instore fresh every day, not some bought in pre cooked frozen dough.
We do care.

Why did they have to blow up the resturaunt when they're just chaning the logo? They tear down the resturaunt then rebuild it the exact same way but change the logo to Pasta Hut. Why don't they just take off the Pizza Hut logo, then put Pasta Hut? So much simplier.
