I know 18-200 is just a ratio because a battalion is about 1,000 soldiers. I don't even see 18 men in the base nor the entire movie. I don't even see enough men to complete a squad. So I guess the movie should be called squad leader.

They have 90 men. 18-20 would mean they have 90 men. Not a full platoon but not far from one. You don't need many facilitators for ONE platoon. There are no cooks there. They're at a firebase so therefore they eat canned rations. Any medics they have are combat medics therefore most of them are riflemen. The injured don't go back to firebase. Why would you send all of the squad leaders on patrol instead of sending two of them with their two squads? It's silly.
