but why dont u try the kart in the way i told u?

  • one thign why would you do that to a Kawasaki?

  • what did the differential that you used come off of im trying to do the same type thing but im trying to make it 4wd

  • BRAVO BRAVO BRAVO !!!

  • How old are you in this, and where do you get funding from ?

  • @fishchips81 i was 14/15 when i made the buggy. my dad said, that when i buy the bike, he would see what he could do with the rest. but becouse we did alot selves, we didnt have to spend so much on new parts

  • just awesome :|

  • Great Job! Looks like alot of fun to race around with.

Je trouve ton buggy très classe avec de belles forme. Un peu lourd mais un bon moteur pour compenser.

    J'apprécie

  • Very nice little machine you got there !

Good job, I want to see it more... and hear it as well.

I'd like to build one too one day, i'd give it a F1 kind of form with big dirt wheels ^^

    Take care, man.

  • Let me know if U want to sell it :)

    Grgeat Buggy BTW

  • Great Design... And A Beautiful Welding Job....

Hey, what's the power plant, I don't recognize it?

  • @phoenix11994466 thanks! the engine is from a Kawasaki gpx 750 from the late 80´s. pritty old, but still holds its word!

  • hey that's really nice work!!! awesome:)

what is the weight of this beauty?

how did u attach your suspension arms to the frame? did you use bearings? a friend of mine thought it would be enough to simply fit a massive bolt through frame/suspension arms. well, it wore out pretty fast and his sandrail broke down...:(

  • @vSilentv ah sorry:) 520kg i know:D

  • @vSilentv 520kg, but she isnt done. i still want to make some fairings fenders and stuff becouse when the weather isnt that good it isnt too much fun driving.

at the end of each A-arm there is a tube and in the tube there is a plastik fitting with a hole though it for a bolt(i also drilled holes into the bolt to about the mittle and little oppenings for lube). i made it, so the movement would be on the bolt and noch on the tube becouse the bolt can also be exchanged quite quick.

  • @kickthedonky do you have the plans or blueprints for the buggy cause damn i wnt to make one of those but with all wheel drive installed and with gears and all that stuff.... please reply

  • looks fantastic, nice work...

  • nice work

  • What shocks did you use on the front and how much travel do you have. Also, what size steel did you use for the a-arms? Thanks. Cool Buggy!

  • Great buggy!!!!

  • you drivin in your socks?

  • well done nice job

  • Very Nice Job! I really like how you use OEM parts when you can. Especially the Differential setup. Can you tell us a bit about it? Thanks.

  • @montgomeryee thanks! well, i didnt have very much money so i had to keep the costs as low as posibal.

the diff setup was quite difficult to design. we took the original chain from the bike( 0:57 is a good picture to see how it works) and the ori. chainwheel. the rubber damper was also kept (the big round cylinder on the left) after that further on the right there is a duplex sprocket that drives a chain that goes into the diff. the diff setup ist clearly visible in 0:42 .

  • we took the original gear out (bottom left) and put in a duplex chainwheel instead. it fit realy good.

becouse the diff has to be open for the chain we made a case around the whole chain where we put the oil in.

  • Great frame design awesome look. good welds very cool man

  • wow, echt geil, weiter so =)

  • coolest buggy ever

  • young man is a pretty good designer. keep it up! check out wind powered buggies by searching playas nm land sailing

  • what's this song

  • @woahnightfallx

the guy calls himself atmophere. makes pritty good shit. how this song ist called... i dont know! sorry!!

  • @kickthedonky what kind of transmision is that ?

  • @Cojoness the original bike transmision. 6 speed sequential. works quite well. only problem ist when its cold, its got a 2nd nutral between the 3rd and the 4th gear.

  • @kickthedonky , and the differential ?

  • very nice work

  • @alkhuwairboy thanks!

  • Hey!

Do you have a differential build into this beast?

  • @ErwinBoogaard yup, got an old one from a BMW in there. the original gear was switched with a chain wheel.

  • great man good job

  • @jvasiliadis thank you!!

  • duuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuude!!!!

  • nice! thank. well it would have been a little much work to restore her! wasnt anything left. jaaa, i´ll make a vid of just driving!

  • Great work man!!!! You've got skills for sure. Your welds look like they were done by robot.

Keep it up. I'd love to see a vid with more driving.

PS. I have the same bike - I'm restoring mine though :)
