I don't apply because I'm foreign, many real states in japan don't allow foreigners, and it's even in the description pamphlet of the apartments or houses. Also with jobs, I'm a student, so I just look for part time works, and even in those there are many I cannot apply for because I'm foreigner. It's not my Japanese level either because I have the Level 1 of the JLPT, so yeah, that's discrimination.
