What Jenny can't earn from Shane is her fidelity because the truth about Shane is she's a promiscuous person, a lady killer, and a womanizer, that's her nature and she can't help it, even from the beginning. Sholly and Jennikki were better.

Molly did not give up completely on Shane, she tells her to reconnect when she's ready. Now that Shane found and read the letter and decides to break up ties with Jenny once and for all, she has to reconcile with her.

Let's see the film, and I hope Shane and Molly are together in it.

The only reason they're writing Jenny this way is so she appears more antagonistic so that everyone has issues with her. If everyone has some sort of problem with her it increases the amount of suspects for the writers to play "murder mystery" with. The storylines aren't too hot this season and the writers could have done much better - It's a shame to tamper with such an amazing character like Jenny just to build to one over used plot anyhow.

You figure the amount of strife her character has been put through - i'm sure it's forgivable to be a little unbalanced. The other characters on the show display multiple self destructive behaviours which some would consider a little nutty. I think people need to cut Jenny some slack. Everyone points out how screwed up she is but forgets everyone on the show is messed up.

The big difference between Jenny and the other characters is that every one of the other characters struggles with their self-destructive behaviors and even regret the mistakes they've made. Jenny on the other hand thrives in being in and creating chaos under the guise of trying to understand herself. That is my biggest problem with her. None of the others seek out this behavior. It just kind of happens. Jenny WANTS to be in a constant state of chaos. And she proves it in each and every episode.
