@blablablaabla she means "greek" filo dough (it is "paper" thin) that is usually used for flaky pastry. all stores have them in their freezers

Yes, you can cook in the oven, but before put on the phyllo pastry with brush some dissolved butter.

Yes, it's phyllo pastry, which one I call also "brick pastry".
Not at all!
Brick is made differently of phyllo.
Brick contains water, floor and salt and is quickly made.
Phyllo (or Filo) contains floor and egg, and takes a real long time to stretch again and again.
they are each made for different recipes.
