  • You can fly any plane in Falcon 4.0+mods

    I suppose you mean Falcon4.0:Allied Force, which is indeed F-16 only.

    The F-15E in this video can only be flown in Red Viper, a mod you can install over both F4 and F4:AF.

  • No that is not FSX, that is Falcon 4.0 with mods, in this case the Red Viper mod.
