I was so in lust with the Miller sisters :-)

  • @FloydyTube can't blame you!

  • You would think those birds would be insulted being used as wallpaper like that. I mean seriously, what are they doing there?

  • They are improving my viewing experience enormously. That's what.

  • @zapkvr in those days - wow - that was great - times have changed tho

  • Bass player is Mark Ferrie from Rockwiz

  • Letting the ferret out for a run... sweeeeet

  • My only memory of supporting Billy Miller in the 80s is his roadies spraying the mics with Glen 20 after we played. Cant say I blame them really. Is that Happy Tom playing bass?

  • What ever happened to David?

  • who is the chick without the hat?

  • Thank god for youtube video clips.....

  • I always thought a woman sang this..... :-/

  • @TheGmgirl77 Some male vocalists have incredible range. Have a listen to the lead singer in More Than a Feeling by Boston at 2:31 in this upload youtube.com/watch?v=IcsVPis1iNs

I'm struggling to whistle that high, let alone sing it!!! :)

  • If you get hurt

They're on the flirt again tonight, out tonight

    Don't fall in love

Long legs, short skirts with no tights [no tights!]

Underneath all there is is lies

Can't you see they're cheating all of you

They're no good for you, no good for you

    Don't fall in love

    Don't fall in love

  • Great song nzoz! Lyrics on other sites are not quite right - here they are [split over two posts] City girls have got night life in their eyes Who ask no questions and get told no lies If you get hurt They're on the flirt again tonight, tonight Don't fall in love Don't fall in love Big cars, bright lights with bow ties Underneath all there is is lies Can't you see they're cheating all of you They're no good for you, no good for you Don't fall in love Don't fall in love
  • What a great tune. Nice job on the audio nzoz!

  • NZOZ you come up with the best shit man. Awesome stuff - I love it! 2 thumbs up. Takes us all back to the good old days. Keep them coming.

  • awww you guyz rule nearly forgot this song thanx legends :-)

  • one of these dudes runs around with Raymond J. Bartholomeusz with RockWiz!

  • I remember seeing them at a school concert in 1977

  • the Irony is I fell in love with the female singers in this band, they have their own sex appeal

  • @holicman Me too. I think all us Aussie blokes did. They don't make like that anymore.

  • Why dont they make music like this anymore!! :o(

  • does anyone know the chords for this song? i cant find them any where!! :/

  • @ilovegleegirl pretty much just A D and E with a few Dsus4 thrown in for good measure - there's a sliding progression from A to B then C#m and D which you'll work out just before the "don't fall in love"

  • @ilovegleegirl Sorry, it's A D and G, not E

  • @CurlyRocksTV

    thank you (:

  • Bill Miller, Jane Miller, Pam Miller - where are you now - you were SO cool.

  • I like the one with the green hat ! ! ! But seriously Thanks for the Great Upload!!!

  • Once again, my friend you have demonstrated that music like this song is forever. I have my son who is only 15 yrs old hooked on some classic Aussie songs of the 70's.

    Thanks for the memories.

  • Fantastic sound quality on this upload.

  • Your a Sherlock Holmes nzoz, dunno how ya find em but they are great!

  • NZOZ the quality of your clips is outstanding!

  • @markflem thank you... will be digging more out very soon... stay tuned.

  • @markflem You are right, this takes me back to when I was 9 years old, I used to get picked up from little athletics in an fj holden & for weeks in a row this song was playing asthey would play the top ten & this song held the same spot for weeks so would play at the same time, it is a song that has played in my head ever since, so well done & so true, all I wish these days is that I took thier advice. LOL

  • Never heard this band before but this is not a bad song!

  • Loving this song! Thanks a bunch nzoz. Only problem is I get a lil fun poked at me at school by my friends cuz this isn't modern pop. Ah well :/

  • nzoz you are a legend already downloaded enough stuff to torture my 11yo all the way to coffs harbour from newcastle will continue til i have enough stuff to torture her all the way to brisbane

  • Things really were better in the 70's.

  • Still sounds and looks great as the years roll on...smooth one-take video

  • why oh why isnt the rest of their dreams of love album on here?? like the actual song dreams of love?? or children play etc etc etc

  • great melbourne band just played and played .

  • 4 people didn't like this. They must be freakin jokin'!

  • unbelievable... brilliant, thanks man

  • love this.

  • I remember seeing this band at the State Theatre in December 1977. They were the support act to Blondie, on their first tour of Australia.

  • He looks too much like Marc Bolan for my liking ...

  • this is still as annoying as it was when it first came out, and he is almost as ugely as the dude from the Progues

  • Where are they now?

  • its almost Spanue Ballete

  • I will second that mastersv8...he is the biz alright! Keep up the fantastic work..I am re-living ALL the good times!!! There is an excellent clip of Billy Miller on his website doing a duet of 1-2-3 with Stephanie Dosen when he was on Rockwiz in 2007. Considering this is 30 years after doing this song...he is fairly freaking awesome..check it out!

  • Nzoz is just about filling up my favourite list right now!!! Fantastic stuff and the Videos are a great quality with awesome sound. Big thumbs up for Nzoz easily the best uploader on Youtube.

  • @mastersv8 ha ha, thank you... the job's never really complete!

  • hahhahaha countdown memories, first form high school.......or close to it

  • thank you....i love taking a trip down memory lane each week with your selection....cheers!!

  • What a great song. It has a timeless quality to it. Alot of NZ and Aus songs from the late 70s seem to have that timeless sound.

  • I gave this another listen with fresh ears.....and wow, it still sux ;)

  • nzoz1977, is there anything you haven't uploaded? LOL! Great song though.

  • @MsDragon1968 HEAPS MORE! There's more that are in the waiting!!! I think I have covered the 'hits' though.

  • would love to see all of the dreams, great album.

  • Good reason not to trust in the 50/50 Australian breakdown of marriage ratio.Principle of legs & lace have mind, body, soul? and tounge/puppy dog snakebite eyes of own is still strong.Band still reeks of what's allways waiting on the lounge table for all under virtually cloned universal profiles throughout time?!?

  • YEARGH, 70's!!! : D

  • Remember this when it came out, quite clever and catchy at the same time, as good as ever

  • He is on SBS-TV (Australia) as I write this - if you you think he looks weird in this clip... you should see him now!....... a lot of recreational chemicals over the years me thinks ...lol

  • Great song, great memories! Thanks very much, nzoz1977!

  • typical aussie pop music...............one of the greats

  • why do we not play the good lyrics ?

  • i've got a old tape of them doing this on countdown in 1977.

  • I first saw Billy in Jesus Christ Superstar in 1973... ahhh the memories

  • they played shows w/ blondie back in 1977 .

  • shame music doesnt follow the same ethics as sport , like if you take da rugs you out, Billy and gang couldve made it big time as could many followers yet da rugs was their downfall.

  • All were Brother and 2 sisters... Lead singers anyway!

  • Billy Miller is a nice guy and I wouldn't say anything against him. However, it would have been nice if Pam and Jane had gone out as a duo and provide us with LOTS of video-clips - much the same way Cheetah did.

Billy's great.. but he aint as pretty as his sisters!

  • Cool song caught it on the 77 Countdown last night and couldn't take my eyes off the girl with the long black hair..*sigh* too bad I was only 10 at the time..and in brisbane!

  • Saw this on Countdown last night. Seemed familiar even though I didn't know the act. Great track.

  • Awesome! I remember thinking how beautiful all their faces were; now I realise why I always wondered why Liv Tyler looked 'familiar': she looks like the girl in the pink shirt. Great singing.

  • girl in the pink shirt does it for me. Hows her face after "no ties" line.

  • @hairybob67

she looks a bit like Freddy Mercury

  • Cool old song, loved it when i was a kid, thanks for the clip , girl with the green cap was a stunner then & probably still is.

  • That's Jane and she's a very nice person!

  • @nzoz1977 So is Pam, I was madly in love with her back in the early 70's.... only problem she didnt know it!!!!! I was painfully shy in those days

  • @Dantak1

I always had the hots for the one in the pink shirt meself...

  • LeonDigz. wow, you are a simpleton

  • He's a real dickhead, aye?

  • aussie classic

  • wow, this sux.

  • @LeonDigz

purps like you don't know talent

  • remember taping this off countdown with tape recorder next to telly, so desperate was i to have this song immediately lol...what a great song, thanks!!

  • i'M II LOVE WITHE THE GIRL IN THE GREEAN CAP

  • He he he... she's really a nice person actually. She's made comment on a few other Ferrets clips on here. Don't fall deeply in love - she's happily married with adult children.

  • i love ferrett's and girls with bow tie's.even they're no good for u.

  • ST KILDA FOREVER

  • the girl in the green cap is my sister

  • I remember when the album came out there was no cover, you had to go back the next week to get it. Some kind of a stunt I expect. Awesome band tho.

  • I have loved this song since I first heard it, I thought nobody else new of it...? Thanks NZOZ....

  • my uncle slept with that chick!!!

  • I hate your uncle

  • i know thats my Mum and I am there son , Hi Brother. !!

  • Brilliant, Bill Miller and his son Ed are in a beatles tribute band i mean among other great 60s rock n roll but if you would ever like to see the man in life go to Big Mouth Acland street Thursdays 10pm st kilda or GPB St kilda on a sunday 6pm. I assure you wont regret it, Peace

  • top song!!!

  • i wish i'd listened to them all thos years ago

  • I love this song.

  • Thx also NZOZ ,,,,love listening to these old classics

  • Nzoz your Videos rock and keep them coming!!

    Great Song this one.

  • Thank you... I most certainly will. It's not always easy getting hold of old Oz rock material... you think it would be in Australia, but it's not.

  • I remember going to The Chevron on St Kilda Rd to see the Spaniards and DISTINCTLY recall 'God as a Shield' Billy Miller and Mick Pealing ... LEGENDS !

  • Great to see them again. Dreams of a Love was an interesting debut and was at turns, straight up, orchestral, whimsical and tuneful. Good songs and great lead fills. Precisely the sort of record that would never be allowed to be made now. And that's a great shame.

  • I was 16 then and in love with this sexy saltry bitch and still am!! She can only be around 50 now!

  • i could give you her address!

Just joking... the Millers are actually nice people! Not a bitch in that lot!

  • mate i was 16 to! probably same woman? thats if you live in sydney:)

  • great oz band cool song & ladies

  • Wow I remember this,I was 8years old then.

  • [off tap] brother

  • groovy
