What kind of oil do you use in it?

You want to use a lighter oil. Anything heavy and the hydraulic lifters won't function right. 10W or 5W-30.

My Geo consumes a lot of oil, so I am thinking about using 10W-40 in the summer (It gets really hot down here in the south anyways). I use 5W-30 in the winter time. Do you think this is a good idea?

Why the hell did you bother getting the car painted before doing the mongol rally?? it's meant to be a cheap crappy car, i dont think it's worth worrying about dents no matter how bad they are! so long as it drives really.
