I think it's good, but it seems unnatural when he puffs himself up with air to say "The real game begins". Also, his mouth isn't anatomically correct. Maybe you were shooting for this.
I normally don't reason with angry young men such as yourself (and you do need help by the way) but I feel I should clarify my criticism of this animation segment, since I support all dedicated animators. Animation should exaggerate the norm but at the same time "feel" natural (take a lesson from the Disney masters). This is a very hard skill to develop and I was merely saying that this animator hasn't mastered it yet, but he could very well be on his way.
I like it, its very Don Bluth. (Thats a good thing)

Well... The raw drawn is scarier.
I think it's because of the set and lightning design here. No shadows. The final owl has no "mystery".
I like the animation and the owl design very much, but I'm sure you can do a far much better shot : you obviously got talent.
