Thanks Bucky, you are the man. XHTML/CSS done! Now for PHP and JavaScript. Please keep going with your tuts. They are all brilliant, you taught me more about the web than a Uni lecturer in a whole semester. Thanks again.
Yeah, thanks Bucky for the 46 lessons. I am using the stuff you have taught me on the live website I have been building. I have a long way to go yet, but these lessons have provided much help and instruction, and you were great. Going to do Java next.

Thanks Bucky I appreciate you work so much I wish there were more peopel like you, nowdays people are so selfish with information anywayz I will move over to the jquery tutorials now,hey and do some plsql later
Bucky, thanks for learning me the basics, really, I needed it a lot, for my education at school but also for myself. I feel like I can accomplish way more now with the basics, I get this kind of better view on the whole "webdesign" itself. Thanks a lot, you've learnt me a lot, way more than the books in school. The next step will probably be PHP for me, for sure I will watch Javascript as well, and MySQL too. Those are the most important things for myself and my certificate right now, Thx a lot!
Bucky, first of all thanks a lot for all your tutorial, I have seen almost all of them. I was wondering if you could publish a tutorial on tips and tricks on how the browsers can find our web pages faster. What do browsers engines look for when they are searching.
If you want free hosting, with mysql and php, you can use Zymic(dot)com. I know this may seem like spam, but I use it and I am extremely pleased with how much flexibility i have. and it's freeeeeeeee. i used to run my own server box but i'm too cheap to pay for a business connection. and most isp's don't allow you to run a server (breaks your Terms of Service) :( it's definitely more fun that way, but zymic(dot)com is a great service for free hosting. have fun and innovate guys! peace
if i have i pirate microsoft windows does it make any difference with my website aka will they sue me for piracy because i heard that if i make a project on my computer like a game and if i try to sell it i will be sued is that same for internet. btw sorry for my english :D
Thank you Bucky, Im from Spain and crisis ih hitting hard the economy, i challenged myself to change career in 2012. Now i know how to do xhtml and next java then html5. Hope to visit u in the US to thank you personally. If only ppl have time to learn. God bless!! Marco
Bucky at this moment im unemployed but as soon as i have a work i promise you i will send you 100 bucks so you can amuse yourself with a good hooker. Thanks for the great tutorial i am looking forward fot the other tutorials which im certainly gonna watch.Take care
By the way i was just joking :) Not about the 100 bucks but about the hookers.
Bucky. You are such a wonderful person! You don't have to share your knowledge with others, but you do so anyway! One day, when I know anywhere near as much as you do, I am going to do exactly what you do now. I am going to provide free education for all, and make sure I can teach as well as you do. God Bless your soul! thenewboston FOREVER!
Bucky, you are amazing.. I've learned so much from you, you're a wonderful person for making these tutorials and publish them free on the internet, many people might not even notice it, but I do appreciate it so immensely, I watched all the XHTML & CSS and planning on start watching your javascript tomorrow and after that I'm going PHP! You've got the gift of explaining and you're using it right, seriously man, God bless you and thank you!
People! After finishing the xhtml video series I recommend watching until video N°60 of the PHP series then watch the whole javascript( trust me they have so much in commmon it'll be extremely easy), and then continue with PHP. After that start learning HTML5 and if you want jQuery. :)
@matheusrl1 at first you won't because in the first videos you'll learn how to create variables, loops and other stuff... the MySql part might confuse you but the rest is pretty easy to understand, it also depends in what kind of website you want to develop. If you make a website with accounts, file uploading and others then I recommend you learn PHP.
@RYnYzZ Haha I thought of it that way too... But its cheaper not to have your own... cause you have to pay for internet and if your getting alot of traffic a $130 server is gonna be a piece of shit... Good servers are $2000+
Well technically you can buy myspace, if you have a couple billions of course, lol. But yeah not very likely. ...Also thanks for the awesome series :)
Another free hosting site (that supports PHP and MySQL) is 000webhost(dot)com. Great place to get your feet wet, with out spending money. You can also check with your internet provider, but most of the time the space they offer does not support PHP. Which, if you are going to follow the PHP tuts, you may want a hosting that supports PHP.
@spyu79 they host their websites themselves on their own servers like many larger companies do. For everybody else it is cheaper and heaps easier to pay a hosting company to put your site on the net
lol... i went to his IP 64.128.215.162 and there actually was something there xD some kind of login page(page scope web connection) :P more info on this would be nice
