turn on ur transmitter first then plug the helicopter battery in while the transmitter is still flashing then wait till you get a solid light

tried all the possibilities already, no luck.

Nope, it's all the way down already
Looks like your thottle hold switch is up a bit...(the vertical switch just to the right of the thottle stick) 2.4ghz wont bind unless is sees that there is no throttle signal while binding for saftey reasons.

Sorry, you are wrong!
His tx is mode1 (throttle on right stick)
and that trim is all the way down!
