@Silbot92 In studies it shows that some 4 year olds can produse sperm and female have breat devlopment and overy maturaty i know two people who are this age and it is true. Just because most boys develop at certain ages dosent mean eveyone which come down to 13 yr old vs 16b yr old so these boys (4 yr old) can produse sperm at a very young age and not show other signs of puberty this was my research my first year of collage.
