Use a locally-roasted espresso bean (I like the Ghent Blend from my local coffee house, Elliot's Fair Grounds, which is both organic and Fair Trade), as well as quality, if not homemade, ice cream, local dairy, and, if you need the chocolate-covered espresso beans, get what you can find, but remember--local is always better!
