Sussudio became synonymous with Patrick Bateman.... also listen to Hip to be Square and you can`t help but to think "HEY PAUL!"

  • wow I am happy I stumbled across this song...flash back to my past, But i am still loving it. :)

  • The great Earth, Wind and Fire horn, the Phoenix Horns make this song for me. Amazing talents!

  • 0:31 The synth guy looks like the swedish Triple-jumper Christian Olsson

  • RIP Reunion Arena.

  • I just say the word

  • Leland Sklar is one of the coolest persons in pop/rock history! Look at him! And a great musician to boot!

  • Leland Sklar is one of the coolest persons in pop/rock history! Look at him!

  • @Proglove85 and he was clean shaven at the beginning of the concert, remember that. =0

  • phil collins=wonder!

  • Dude... I love the drum intro in this song. Hearing a song like this in concert makes you feel like dancing down the aisles.

  • Really love this concert. I had to wait a few years to see it cuz for the longest time it was only available on laserdisc. It "Finally" showed up on VHS in the early/mid 90's. Now it's about high time that Atlantic put this & all his other concerts out on a 5.1 channel Dvd or Blu-ray cuz he is truly one of the best performers ever.

  • is it me or did phil collins sound like he was hurting his voice on the high notes?

  • @jaggass He looks like he is

  • Nathan East its very good too!!

  • its that\Tony Banks on the keyboard?

  • I love how this segways right into Behind the Lines =)

  • This is when Phil had a real band! The Phenix Horns, Daryl Strummer, Leland Sylar, Chester Thompson. Powerful talent indeed.

    Sussudio..great, great song, personal favorite.

  • love his version of the moonwalk at .44

  • are the horns from Earth Wind and Fire?

  • yes they are..the "phenix horns" ;)

  • SWEET!

  • @janny108 yes phoenix horns, you can also hear them on Phil's other albums

  • Bassist is incredible.

  • @TheSanityInspector are tthose guys on the horns from Earth Wind and Fire?

  • Looks like it.

  • @TheSanityInspector yeah that's Leeland Sklar. No offense to ZZ Top but I think he has the coolest beard in rock music. His family even refers to him as "Father Time". LOL He's also a living legend in the music business. He's composed soundtracks for tv/film & has been one of the busiest session/live bass players over the last 40 yrs. He recently played for Toto but he is best know for working with James Taylor & Phil Collins. Definitely one of the coolest cats in music today.

  • @vodude That's interesting, thanks!

  • @vodude hell yes! its the best bassplayer ever!!!!!!

  • For some reason Phil Collins reminds me of Steve Jobs, the founder of Apple computers.

  • He reminds me of Douglas Adams, the author of The Hitch-hiker's Guide to the Galaxy.

  • This Live Version is astounding......Magnificent..........Thankyou for uploading/sharing this Big Smash Hit........

  • LOVE HIM!!

  • sooow good!!

    love him

  • I used to drum as a hobby and idolized Phil Collins. Not only is he a fantastic drummer, but a fantastic musician.

  • @redwing51340 I still idolize him!

  • @redwing51340 I never knew drummers could also be musicians!

  • phil collins rules!
