  • The night guard, you stated if you wear the night guard it will keep your gums from receding and your gums will grow. The only reason why I am responding is because your neighbor is a dentist. Can you explain this more.

  • @S67906 The gums cannot grow back, but the night guard prevents harsh grinding, which wears the teeth and nerves and makes them sensitive.

  • little scrubbies lol! hahaha nice

  • You so pretty but sweety lower the cardio or just do it every 2 days or something because looking so thin and skinny like that don't even look healthy. Adding just a few pounds would turn you into a babe. :P

  • @dbloodline lol wow appreciate the "compliment!" wish you could see me in person or check out my facebook page Kristina Carrillo Bucaram... you may think differently ;o)

  • @KCarrilloB I wish i could see you in person too lol... You tease... Hey i thought you was italian or something but your last name is hispanic so i'm assuming you are... you probably speak spanish too.... I'm latino myself and i hope you know you inspire me a lot at this moment in my life. Don't feel that alone anymore in the journey.

  • @dbloodline :) you're never alone :)

  • is her teeth strong enough to eat hard food?

  • Awesome video!! Love the essential oils and a personal dorky favorite of my own, the night guard as well :)

  • @Fit4LifeFitness lol they roc! :)

  • Girl From Ipanema in the back ground.

  • i learn something new everyday and im 205 years old..lol jk good vid i enjoyed it

  • in addition to flossing and brushing with an extra soft brush (request one from the dentist), I use a Sulcabrush for a precise cleaning around the gum line and in tight areas.

  • You look great! Thanks for making this vid!! I love raw, all the energy. RAWRmazing, right?! I use sea salt and baking soda for cleaner/whitener, and use the shower as a water pick. Peace.

  • Hey Kristina,

I had a question, but I guess I should ask a dentist because I get pain in my teeth and it's proabably cavities or something.

I just know when I eat anything sugary, my teeth hurt. It kind of sucks because I love doing a huge mono meal at my friends house w/ his orange tree :)

  • @Str8upbrah Heya! I definitely recommend getting it checked out. Better safe than sorry :) hugs! K

  • oh i hate flossing.... :S can you give me some of that love? :D

  • soo beautiful

  • great video - gotta agree - i had issues with gums and teeth then dental hygenist put me onto a similar program of teeth cleaning - so simple - yet so important - how many people - regardless of what they do or eat - practice good dental habits thanks for the video

  • wow, she's beautiful with a cool personality....the best of both worlds ; )

  • You`re smart!

  • Flossing feels great as it keeps fresh air moving through your teeth.

  • holy pretty girl

  • i wanna kiss your mouth and feel what you're feeling: )

ps. zoom in your teeth! i wanna see the fine detail of it.. oh yesss

  • Thank you for posting this informative clip on dental health. I am sure by having done this you are going to help many people avoid a great deal of pain! Most of us dread the dentist visit. How nice, when such visits can become painless and this part of our lives is taken care of!

  • Hiya! I am not licensed to give dental advice. I would definitely see a holistic dentist if you can, then make the better decision from there! Weighing your pros and cons is always a good option! Hugs!

  • kristina i recently had a root canal done and i am extremely worried that it will cause problems later on. what are your thoughts?

  • Aluminum free backing soda. I've never seen that in stores.

  • @maqsad1 natural news has Aluminum free backing soda.

  • Great tips! have been more conscious about flossing and overall gum health. I already brush once daily with basking soda...will try the EO for fresh scent and the other ideas. Thank you :)

  • No worries! I am aware. I don't ingest them internally....mostly I just like the way they smell and love thieves for its antibacterial properties.

  • Kristina-love your vids. But I must comment on the "raw" essential oils. ALL essential oils on the market are STEAM DISTILLED, therefore NOT RAW. They also, contrary to popular belief, have very toxic properties and are NOT healthy. They are anti-life (anti-biotic). Yes, they have medicinal properties. Medicine-drug. I incorage you to think more hygienically outside the medical box. : ) Love, k

  • please tell me that is not an apostrophe on the wall hanging behind you....

  • You have my toothbrushes. That's weird. I want a mouth guard made. It's cool. It's like going into battle in dreamland.

  • Numerous, or rather a majority, of high fruit vegans have had uniquely significant tooth decay problems due to the high fruit vegan diet. I speak from direct experience with myself and other's I've been in contact with. Having a substantial amount of greens can help prevent decay issues with high fruit vegan diets. There can be or are differences with different people, but the the typical results are as I've stated above. Btw, the standard human diet worldwide is cooked omnivorous with some raw

  • Dentists do recommend once a day brushing. Did your dentist friend admit to the mercury in fillings and poison fluoride?

  • You're gorgeous!! Thx 4 the tips :)

  • Great vid. Where do you get your oils from? Any place online you recommend to get them from?

  • You're pretty and you look like your glowing :)

  • When runners run, they have a tendency to grind their teeth or have lots of tension in their mouths... the guard gives you something to bite on so that you don't put so much pressure on your teeth/gums.

  • @RawfullyOrganic i suffer from tmj and have tried the guards, for me personally i spit them out =( i also grind and clench when i sleep(from an extremely stressful life) as my life has got better i have stopped for the most part but the damage is done and i dotn want to get metal in my mouth.i try and be regular with cleaning my teeth regularly but am bad at habit forming.

  • @rockpizzle you can do it! I recommend finding a dentist who will work with you! :)

  • Why are retainers good for runners? I don't get it...

  • Thank you so much for the nice comments! :)

And I floss simply by going between each tooth and flossing back and forwards...kinda hard to explain!

  • hi kristina organic veg. are good but in the ROYAL CANADIAN NAVY RESERVES WE DO NOT EAT ORGANIC. HONEY WHAT IS THE PROPER WAY TO FLOSS I DO NOT MEAN TO BE SILLY U ARE GIVING GOOD ADVICE THANK U

  • I didn't understand a word you said because you're so gorgeous. Lol jk but really, thanks for the info I will keep that in mind when I take care of my teeth in the morning and night!

  • lol those are my REAL teeth silly!!

  • @RawfullyOrganic You are gorgeous! I love your glowing skin, long hair, and perfect beautifully white teeth!! Your eyes are gorgeous too, but your teeth and lips are what first caught my attention! Thanks for the upload, keep it up!

  • you have beautiful teeth - may I ask are they porcelain veneers?

  • I have been 100% 811 for over 6 years now and thriving! Run over 6 miles everyday, and I truly believe that people don't know what a healthy body looks like anymore... please see my video with Dan McDonald...we address this topic! :) hugs!

  • I am an 811 as well so I'm not trying to insult but you do look a bit too thin. How long have you been on this diet? make sure to get enough calories.

  • totally a topic that needs more fleshing out!

  • I suggest getting a waterpik too. I've been LFRV for almost two years. Always had great teeth. Dentists would be in shock when they saw my healthy teeth. Just got back from the dentist. 12 new cavities!! Given, I hadn't been to the dentist in 1 & 1/2 years, haven't been using fluoride and traveled S. America where I mono'd on oranges for weeks at a time. I would swish with water after every fruit meal ... that obviously wasn't enough. IMHO sugars are sugars. Watch for decalcification!!

  • Great video, thankyou! May I ask, what is the background music you have used please? I like it <3

  • @TheObamaMorons look up Mike Harari.

  • Yes! Just a drop does it! :) Mix it with just a bit of water.

I also LOVE getting my teeth cleaned by the dentist! A great suggestion as well! :)

  • Question: How exactly do you use the Thieves oil? You said "I put a drop in there"... do you mean you put it on your toothbrush with the baking soda?

    Thanks Kristina!

  • Can someone explain to me how Co-Ops work? And if there are any I could Join on Long Island, Ny?

  • This has nothing to do with health and one's well-being from the raw vegan community. I strongly encourage you to share your opinion with someone who is interested. Be well TOM!! Please don't reply to my comments at this time. Thanks and be smart!!

  • @TheObamaMorons why should I watch your channel?...get to the point!!

  • @TheObamaMorons stop being a goof ball!!

  • What a natural beauty! Check out waterpik ultimate... its the best my friend.

  • Great tips on proper hygiene care for the teeth and gums...thanks for the love and sharing with us!!! Have an awesome day!! :D

  • Great video Kristina! It's good you talk about this for vegans, teeth health is important. I like rinsing my mouth well with water soon after a meal, it helps. I love flossing as well.

You are beautiful as always. Keep shining, starting with your healthy teeth. ;)

  • Hi Angel! Simply wet your toothbrush before you dip it in! Not too harsh, and the Aluminum free really helps! :) hugs!

  • thank-you for sharing tips. Wondering if the baking soda is kind of harsh for the gums? What about diluting it in water first?

  • My Dad had false teeth at my age and wasnt even close to being a fruit bat yet my Mum's still said 'all that fruit? Is it good for your health?!' lol!

  • Kristina, YOU are so beautiful. Beautiful teeth!!!Beautiful smile!!! Blessings, Wilda

  • OMG your so cute

  • Great video - please note that bright white teeth aren't the naturally healthiest. Natural teeth are white-ish with a hint of yellow. I think the thickness of the tooth enamel determines this (so I'm not talking about stained teeth) e.g the canines tend to be less white.
