i'm not that good with Photoshop but i would suggest defining his sharingan more since that's what makes him badass. use less of the smudge or blur tool! make your lines more clear! but those are things i would change! it still looks great! :)
@akhanian : mate! Thanx a whole bunch for tips!! I tried to do it like you said:
Not blurring that much and try to find a "photoshop pencil" that made clearer lines. Also: adding more "effects to the sharingan" pliz check out my newest drawing; i've gvien you cred in the description box. :)
