I wish I could have been there - had I known this was going on, I would have redone my subscription to Metclub back in August - because that's when mine ran out :( I had used my money not knowing it ran out, I regret it; I would have driven across the US for this.

He poured the most sweat and blood into the band, whilst also taking flak from the others constantly. It was also his leaving the band that forced the others to re-evaluate their lives (Lars said that maybe he was the "sacrificial lamb" that Metallica needed). Who knows where they'd be if he didn't leave. On top of all of that, he was an amazing background singer.
