This one is more universal for other trucks, and the "towers" on the Avalanche version were not well received on other trucks. The beams you see on the Avalanche are covers that protect the linear mechanism. The Avalanche is a very unique system especially for the Avalanche and would not work very well on other trucks. We decided to redesign the system to take out cost, make it more universal and easier and more cost effective to assemble and seal.

The Avalanche had some nice, large support beams. What was the reason for change on the F150? Just curious, very nice!
