I think its safer if you let drivers bump draft on the turns than not letting them.

I saw drivers trying not to do it and get caught by other cars running on the back.

Newman's right. It was much better racing before restrictor plates and warnings about stuff like bump-drafting. Also, the drivers respected each other more and the racing was more exciting for the fans.

Until the last 20 laps or so, this race was a dull snore because of Nascar's stupid rules.
