grab the board first

If you try to kick your front foot out it will flip the board. You should do kind of quick ollie to get the board going up and straight to your hand, then kick out with your front foot. Your front foot should go up like a normal ollie, then out like a heelflip kick. It sounds weird but it works, try kicking your board to your hand without landing it and once you get comfortable, then try the whole trick.
