@McMahonHater He wasn't bad with his babyface firey comeback either or the "desperate" selling at times. Which is why he got over as a babyface. I hate how so many people of the supposed "smart mark" community only look at moves and not emotion. I feel like I'm picking on you in all these segments but it REALLY seems like you look at wins/losses and moves too much and not the emotion spectrum that makes pro wrestling so great.

@Anglefan12 I look at everything, and with Luger I was never impressed with much passed the work he put in to his build. The man was built like a brick shit house, I will give him credit for that, but his work rait was crap, he couldn't sell for shit, and his mic skills were as limited as his move list.

@McMahonHater who gives a shit about move list or work rate? Those are things that make wrestling look incredibly fake. Do you like the Jerry Lynn vs RVD matches? I think they're shit coz they don't sell and they do repetitive, contrived spots and it looks insanely fake to me.

@Anglefan12 So Luger throwing the same closeline 10 times in a match is entertaining but RVD's moonsault isn't? You think Luger could put on a better match then Bret Hart, Mr. Perfect, HBK, Y2J, Lance Storm, or Randy Savage (in his prime) ? Their is a heavy lack of entertainment value to a "Pro Wrestler" who's move list is a close line, a shoulder block and a press slam... sort of like another guy I could never stand.

@McMahonHater work RATE is actually more like CGI and shit like that. Who gives a fuck how many moves you can do if you can't connect with the audience. If you have two guys who can do a million moves, but the crowd is silent, they aren't good. If you have two guys who slap on a headlock and the crowd goes apeshit, they're good. In movies, Avatar sucked, no emotional connection, just oogly "awww cool" just like "awww cool spots". you're logic is wrong and you don't understand storytelling.

I'm gonna ask you some questions so I can wrap my head around why you think you know anything about wrestling.

1. What does it mean to "bump and feed"?

2. Is Orton's chinlock a "rest hold"

3. How come an indy guy in canada who does backflips after every move (literally) isn't over?

@McMahonHater you didn't answer any of my questions. You also didn't comment on how cool moves are like CGI. You know nothing about pro wrestling. You think a guy that does a lot of cool moves crisply, cleanly, and quickly is a good wrestler. However, you don't get the depth of it. You don't understand WORKING, which is what they do, they WORK a crowd into making noise. the bottom line in pro wrestling is working an audience and a particular audience at that...

@McMahonHater if your audience LOVES highspots and no selling and no story and no emotion, then by all means, ECW it up and throw each other through flaming tables, then get up 10 seconds later and do it again, if you are over you are good. However, that also means that if your audience wants you to sell a chinlock like death and really be an evil bastard as a heel by gouging eyes and a great babyface by having a firey comeback, then you should probably do that. you WORK the audience.

@Anglefan12 I hated ECW, where are you getting this bull shit from? No Selling is something Luger was a master off. He couldn't sell water to a thirsty man. The guys who's matchs I like to watch are Hart, HBK, Mr. Perfect, Y2J, Benoit, and Randy Savage. Are you telling me these are guys who can't sell? Are you telling me these guys don't tell good stories in the ring? I think you should find out about people before you comment on who or what they like jack ass.

@McMahonHater I actually listed most of them as guys who were great. I used the ECW stuff as an example. Goddamn you must have the reading comprehension of a 4th grader. I used ECW as an example, then I used what would be like a mainstream audience. I used 2 extreme audiences (not in the extreme sense of hardcore dumbass, I know you thought that when you first read it) but extreme in the sense of opposite ends of the spectrum. You really don't know anything about wrestling.

@McMahonHater the fact that you use the term "work RATE" (dumbass) shows me that you only care about the number of moves a guy can do and how many. that does NOT make a good match.Luger wasn't the best but he could work an audience, his comebacks got crowds going, they were simple but that's okay as long as the crowd gets into it. He was a pretty good hot tag when he was younger and he was a passable heel because of how arrogant he was. stop thinking in terms of moves but in terms of emotion

@Anglefan12 I care about the skill the moves are performed with, and how believable the are performed. Thats why guys like Hart and Hennig have been among my all time favorit performers. As I said before, Luger's range of emotion is none existant, just like his ability to do more then close line.

@McMahonHater okay but you still don't get wrestling. It's about working an audience. If you are in an audience, but your opinion is the minority, you don't matter. Why would they cater to your likes when you aren't the type of person that's essentially paying for their meals? Wrestling is all about context and knowing your specific audience. If you are in Japan, do headdrops and don't sell, if you're in the US on TV, look good and tell stories with a simple moveset.

@Anglefan12 Bret could tell a great story with a 5/5 star move set. Also his promo's were always underaited, he always got his point across and had the fans with him, or against him because thats what he wanted. In fact tradtionaly the IC title was considered the "Performers Title" but now it's all crap for the most part. Promo's are important, but they don't need to take up half or more of the show,
