It really grew on me. MM doesn't really need to make another Triptych. He basically said everything he needed to say and pretty much coverd his entire/all of his philosophy, ideals,and his perspective of society in ACSS, MA, and HW. I think MM could of made a way better album. I miss those eras but nothing lasts forever. He is writting about his personal life now rather than social commentary. I miss the old MM. But stills kicks ass

you said it pretty well, most old fans just want more heaviness and aggressiveness in the music, i could really care less i think hes doing fine the way he is. the only bad alum i thought he made was EM DM, but even that album had good symbolism, a few good tracks, and had a pretty good tour that followed. i personally just want to see what he will do next, i think his lyrics for his newest albums could have been a little better, hopefully he'll go back to the older writing style he had.

Why the hell is everyone dissing MM's THEOL album? Its great and has the theme of Post Romantic Manson. Who is now bitter and recovering from a broken heart. I like every MM album. If you were true MM fans you would understand. But It is way better than EMDM. THEOL is like a mix of MA, EMDM, and ACSS altogether. MM is no danger of losing his dark crown. At first i didn't like it but now its my 4th favorite album. He is 40 now. He has mature more then in his rebellious 20's.
