This was NOT SPAM but a legitimate complaint below. Funny that Best Buy thinks their customer complaints are spam:
Bought a Dell Laptop for Christmas for my Autistic child. Didn't work and had pink screen. Dell said it was defective. Best Buy would not honor the exchange they promised to make! An autistic child spent Christmas and the next day all upset because of them. Bad service and total dishonesty at store 554. I am a celeb so imagine how you will get treated!
Similar to Rickstar 742, I have had a phone in repair for more than 30 days. When I contacted BB they said the manufacturer is waiting for parts, that I could not get an ETA and that I could not get in touch directly with the manufacturer to see if my phone is close to repair. I paid a lot for the phone and I paid for the insurance as well, I would think that for a customer BB would have better treatment and concern. I was sadly disappointed in the poorness of the service.
I have a cell phone in for repair going on 30 days. Customer no service cannot help because they cannot escalate the repair. Service in the store is great but the back room has a lot to be desired! I purchased a tv from them forget about their black tie service. It is not their. It comes down to this, cannot deliver on a product guarantee.
I cannot believe that a 3rd party can hold a company hostage. Every time I call customer no service I am being told that they cannot do a thing.
Bets Buy is THE ONLY major retailer that does NOT except in store credit card payments ! Instead one has to deal with HSBC maf.. and their ripoff methods. I don't have any balances, thank God, with Best Buy and I never will as long as you guys are affiliated with HSBC maf.a
