I wonder if he is going to mention nerve pain in the next part. A doctor, whose name I don't recall, found that woman with nerve pain in the shoulder &/or hip had an abortion. Server trauma, like that of being torn limb from limb, releases a chemical registers as pain in that part of the body in the brain. What was happening in these woman is that chemical, from the trauma to the baby, was registering in the mother's brain. They were feeling the pain of their babies being aborted.
