Ok, to all those making bad comments about Americans, the reason they use "Latvian Orthodox" is because they didn't want to offend any established religion so they made one up along with making up the word "kavorka". It's a sitcom and therefore they are trying to be funny not necessarily correct. Try and pull your head out of your ass before commenting.

@mgrooms55 The funny thing is they thought the Latvian Orthodox Church didn't exist, and they later found out that it does. How? They actually got a lot of thank-you letters from the Latvian Orthodox Church thanking them for bringing awareness of their denomination into popular culture.
