Thanks for putting this together! I've watched them all separately countless times. But it's nice to have a montage like this to remember all those great performances. Season 7 will always be the best in my eyes (cause of this guy, yep!) Wow, 21 songs. That's quite a lot that these Idols have to learn in just one season.

I thought David Cook was by far the best to carry the Title, American Idol. His demeanor came thru as an all American. Such a wonderful singer and performer. I expect David Cook to hit it BIG time. I enjoyed this montage of his Idol days. I can listen whenever I like, David Cook.

I honestly think that David was so great on Idol that the show never achieved that level of intensity again. The judges tried the next season by over-praising, IMO, but the show hasn't been as exciting since David's win.

Definitely can see the progression not only in looks, but in performance, stage presence and vocally. You can tell that he learned a lot, and definitely (imo, of course) deserved his win.

I still look at his A.I. performances on YT all the time. Though I bought everything I could off of iTunes, I wish they had made an album of his A.I. performance. It would of course had been a platinum album because individually, the downloads were over 1 million. I don't know why they do things different every year. This year A.I. put out the performances as albums. No body would have come close to DC's sales though.
