spore glitch - how to make a floating building

AHAHAHAHAHAHa i think it tooked hours to create floating buildings like that, and when u finally realized that u could do that by simply holding ctrl U're PC LOLED at u like never before

it's not a glitch. It even tells you how to do it in the spore manual, It's just no one ever bothers to looks at the manual

I can make buildings float with just using the parts I want and often its a circle so I grab the circle and pull it up in the creator and done.

You shouldn't call this a glitch, it's not. If you look in the spore manual it tells you how to do it. It's a technique, not a glitch

if you watch building a building tutorial it tells how to move a part into the air (not sure what the controls are at the time) but can be done simpler

Ctrl is vertical, shift is horizontal, and holding tab unlocks a whole bunch more rotation options. You should really watch all the tutorials. It takes but a half an hour or so to watch all of them, and it will help you out infinitely.

OR... you can hold the "CTRL" key down and move the part you want to float up and down.

As simple as that.
