wow, i need to be more careful with my drones... they have actual people in them! now i demand that CCP gives us player controllable fighters!

I use my carrier every single day in 0.0 doing anomalies with it. the thanatos is the best for this because of the 5% damage bonus per level.

I personly can bring in between 15-20 mil every 20 min doing sanctums and havens with my archon.

And no need to worry about your tank ever when your in a capital ship doing anomalies.

Carriers is basically just something u use in fleets/gangs due to its cost...

as a carrier pilot what do you do? do you actually get a chance to pilot the Thanatos alot or only durring fleet ops that require the support?

@Steelbird3 Max you can have deployed for a carrier is 15 drones. Each fighter is stronger then a t2 fitted frigate.

@lompocus You can also equip a drone control unit in a high slot which adds 1 more and you can have 5 of those I think.

Carriers launch fighters, fighters are not players, the ships with cockpits are said fighters. So they are essentially expensive drones... with people in them. Hence no pods
