@azasel Yeah, that's why he has beaten Federer 14 times and lost to him only 7 times. Plus, he's the world #1. I understand this is your video, but it still doesn't let you talk bullshit.
@azasel Did I ever say that? Dont put words in my mouth. If you think Nadal is a crap, then you have no idea what you're talking about. It's obvious that you're a Federer fanboy. And to that, take this: NADAL IS THE WORLD NUMBER 1, AND HE HAS BEATEN FEDERER MORE TIMES THAN HE HAS LOST TO HIM.
@explodingpimp What do you mean beating federer 14 times means that rafa is better than federer? that's nonsense. What I mean is to beat 16 grand slam titles I would consider rafa is the best.
to be perfectly honest, i think federer is crap. complete and utter rubbish. hes a let down. i payed £200000 to get a lifetime pass to all his games and look at what he does. he comes second. he's not even number one anymore. He's rubbish and im the best. i am the most ammazing player to ever grace the earth. (if youre looking for pro tips to improve your game call me on (416) 266-2470)
dont talk shit about Roger Federer what do you know about tennis? . Roger Federer is the best tennis player in the world he won 13 grand slam he is going to break the record he won 5 us open and 5 wimbledon so this is fact you are just angry fan.
That happens with great players, a new generation of great players arrive and the older player starts losing to lower ranked players.....it's happened to all the greats and will happen to Nadal when he get's older.
he was good... he's just not playing well now. he is not confident now and is losing to lesser players. in 2006 there was no question that he was the best. 2007 he was still the best but was being upset early in some tournaments. in 2008 nadal was the best. federer's achievements hve been great, yes, but he isn't consistently beating everyone now.
You should also consider the fact that Sampras himself did not win a title for 2 years before capture his final title. The 2002 US Open. There will also be Nadal's turn, that's life.
Federer was ill early on in 2008 and he didn't even really know about it. So he was a lot more tired and ran out of stamina, lack of concentration without knowing. Then when he knew during mid 2008, he started to play safe, take less risk, but if he plays like that he'll lose, that's why he lost most of the finals that year. Now he is slowly getting back into shape very carefully, he'll get back cause his playing style is good and his age is still good for him.
A year ago, the Canadian dollar overcame the Us one for slight moment and they were about even for a while. It was not that the Canadian economy went much greater although it did a tiny bit; it was the American economy that was going down.
Nadal is our Canadian dollar; he didn't start to beat Federer for that he was suddenly quite better, although he did improved his play, he got Federer because the main man was going down.
Nadal is a very solid and good player, but Roger is simply too great.
damn I miss the days when Roger used to take balls so early and just pounce on them.nowadays;there's spin and he's on the defense a lot and is staying 1 feet behind the baseline
This is the best forehand ever. An inside-in forehand is the hardest shot because it requires lightning footwork to get in position and lots of topspin to hit it over the highest part of the net. Try doing that and hitting it at 100mph. Only Federer can.
great video. I try to imitate his extreme eastern forehand but only a true genius can do that. So instead I change to western which work just as well without the grace of federer.
watch out with that "flicking" thing, you could be wrong. I actually know about these things, what exactly do you mean by it? if it means throwing or "flicking" your wrist forward, you shouldn't do that
this forehand right here is so different of what it became from 2004-2008;he's just like almost completely brushing vertically the back of the ball here, now he goes through it more adding a lot of pace and it doesn't look like this anymore
the reason this shot is so amazing is because it seemed like Federer was hitting an inside out forehand to Agassi's backhand, but instead hit it to the deuce side which completley caught Agassi off guard.
interesting you mention that..I wonder if in his thirties fed will be able to maintain his number 1 ranking..im sure there will be other guys like rafa and novak coming up..it´s exciting
federer has reached 2 gs finals and a semi as well as a couple of other finals, the ao loss coming when he was feeling the mono as well as fatigue following the earlier 5set win over tipsarevic. he was a handful of points away from another wimbledon. he'll probalby win the us open andn the masters cup since nadal burns out at this time of the year and djokovic is off-form but still cocky. and this is a "bad" year for fed, + he's 26 or something. no, he's not going anywhere for a while my friend!
That was amazing! In one of them it looks like the ball is going to get past him then he just uses incredible racket speed and whips straight through it. The racket is a blur even in slow-mo!
supposed to be prostaff tour 90, but it may be an 85, just painted to look like the 90. lots of pros get paint jobs including safin. he still uses the prestige tour 600, but gets paint jobs.

What's so amazing about a down the line forehand winner? It's a fairly frequent shot in the tour and Federer isn't even the best at it.

@mareleblond98 it isn't eastern....eastern is for a one-handed backhand, he uses a semi-western grip for his forehand which isn't that unusual.
