Doing this will make it stronger and more capable of learning how to kill new viruses quickly and more effectively. Dont go overkill though, you dont want to actually get sick. And consuming slightly more food than normal might help. Also consuming garbage food in small quantities will eventually result in your body building a resistance to the junk it it, giving a stronger immune system.
