@ejm03 it appeared in a lego adventurers orient expedition temple. it's not sold in stores anymore so you need to find it online

@ejm03 first you need a neck bracket to hold on the minifig. and you need a 1x2 plate with a stud in the middle and then you add the shield

No, I wasn't mad. lol I'm sorry if I sounded mad but no I wasn't. The reasoning behind the longer flash is that I don't want Orca to be too much like Shiek. It's a different item than the one Shiek uses. Hope that helps.

I LOVE THIS SERIES! in part 2, i thought skull kid was going to be evil ike in MM, but he just wanted to have fun. i wonder what the dungeon item will be in the Lava caverns

I don't remember. I just put some parts together to make him. I think they are from some old Lego Studios sets.  Hope that helps...
