On NHL 10 my player was skating and missed a hit and ran into the boards by mistake. He looked like he was out cold but got up and limped back to the bench.

NHL11; can we have more than 1 ref/ linesman, when fights have benches NOT clear, music while fight,(maybe) better puck physics, inside locker room scenes maybe between pd's? Actual goal horns, goalie masks, and Rick jeanerett as commentator... so the cgame calls are fun, and it sounds and looks like the real thing...

its funny how in NHL 2k7 for the first Xbox they have almost all of that:

-boardplay

-after the whistle fighting (kinda u can only hit a guy once)

-crowd stuff (women in the crowds LOL crowds that cheer or not)

-players grabbing the puck from the air

-crazy saves by the goalies (tho not that realisticly)

remember the NHL 2k7 is from -06

and EA comes up with them in 2010

As a goalie, I also think it'd be great to see goalie's get an aggressiveness rating like the other players on the ice. Maybe a guy like Ray Emery or Marty Biron is more likely to get in a fight, or get a penalty for chopping at a player who's in his way or too close to the crease?

the ref doesnt take all of the faceoffs only the ones on centre ice. and he stands behind the blue line all the time fiddling around in his pocket. and they need to have at least 1 linesman

Does the fights always and on a TKO or KO? Or is there draws or ref steppin between the fighters? What about the scrum update is it an automatic penalty if you start a scrum after whistle? And can you start a fight on that situation? Is there takedowns in fights? Is there a possibility to a brawl with several players fighting at the same time?

Man, when will they realize that it's the little things that make the game feel real.

1. Flip the puck, chat with refs

2. Shoving after the whistle (They put this in)

3. Goalie can lose stick on some saves

4. Checking over the boards

Stuff like this makes me want to buy the games, because its more realistic looking and feeling.

There's just so many obvious things they leave out - yet they make fighting better. Who cares? Why not remove fighting all together and add in all of the other stuff that makes hockey games so similar to TV, like some better audio.

If you play MLB games, the newer ones have constant chatter and audio from the announcers, they will even start a convo and then when a play happens, break and call the play, and then resume the same convo. This is a must for all sports.
