I like this concept but prefer to call it living in the now, part of the paradox of this thinking however is, that if we are planning and thinking about living in the now, or in the micro level. Then we are not actually achieving it, as our thoughts are elsewhere, and not in the now. It takes practice to Keeping it simple, or to simply be, which i find very difficult..However this concept lends credence to the theory that We really do construct our own reality.
