i think the blade has the nicest lines of any of the jap 4 by far (in my humble opinion). I ride a gixxer but even i admit its a bit ugly, the kawa's are very generic looking, the R1s are a close second but the blade is actually rather sexy! -all of them are great bikes, im just talking about looks alone. Going to get a triumph daytona 675 next, i think the euro bikes have something a bit tasty about them,,, but really cant afford aprilia/ducati/bimota/MV etc etc lol

everytime i see a cbr1000rr or even i think i heard one, i smile goofly, open mouth and drewling.. makes me kinda sad think that i would have to work for like 6 years like no tomorrow and not spend.. maintaining the bike would be veery hard too since it consumes quite a bit more than my cg 150 :D

Can anybody help me I am fairly new to riding motorcycles and I am looking to buy a 2010 CBR 600, R6, or a GSXR 600. I am not getting a bike to race or do any kind of tricks on I am just looking for a nice easy to ride good looking bike to cruise on. I was leaning towards the 2006 GSXR 600 over tthe 2010 model just because I like the looks of 06 better but from what i read people say the R6's are better beginner bike. I am just wondering what I should get.

@cell511 Please look into the mirror and ask yourself what you really want.. because the things you listed dont match up. You are new to riding, and you want an easy bike to "cruise on", and not race or stunt. Yet the choices you made are basically race bikes with headlights. They dont exactly scream beginner or cruising to me. And they are damn sure not easy to ride on the street with terrible ergos and powerbands. Dont kid yourself.

Better choices would be Sv650s, Fz6r, gsx650f, ninja 650.

Ok i own a 2008 cbr 1000rr..has a two brothers slip exhuast (sounds like a monster) and i add a power commander kit..this baby is pushing top speed 210 mph...the new 1000's handle just like a 600 but they are lighter than ever but still has the power..fuck gixxers go with the cbr 1000 you wont be let down!!
