okay seriously you guys are missing the point...this movie is clearly about how certain companies in the US can abuse their power, such as contract security and defense companies in this case...the Ex-Colonel and a corrupt senator were utilizing their power for business exploits...the special forces you guys saw probably weren't a part of the US military...they were most likely contract security teams.

Bourne makes me forget I'm watching a movie, shooter I just wanted to be over. This is a movie. It doesnt necessarily reflect on something real. The story of the movie is about a "what if" scenario. What if US left its soldiers behind?

My point is, you cant prove what cannot be proven. You dont know of any soldiers left behind because the per chance corrupt government wouldnt tell you!
