@whizzkid69 in some ways Paul's vocals make the FHM video seem less lecherous somehow, as though it's from a gay man's view of these women trying to 'turn' him by flirting with him, rather than a straight man's view of women who are easy and available to him.
@twslex in Holly Johnson's autobiography he said they were planning to make it a B-side to one of their singles from the Liverpool album, to which he said "over my dead body", and started to get the sense the band were already planning on replacing him as lead singer.
I really like this, shame they didn't keep going with Paul as the lead singer.

Video is Girls from FHM shoot.
Great version of Do Ya Think, Pauls vocals are always underrated, I love his version of I Want Your Love which was produced by Martin Fry of ABC
Thanks for posting this.

The video is from another version of the song - but it does fit well...

Vocal of Paul Rutherford is very nice, and the style of "FGTH" felt there! Respect!

Is this really fgth. I hear Paul but it sounds so like 2000 something...?
Music is perfect voice ok too. Maybe a little tweaking and it could be a hit.

@mattijzz It's as real as it can get. Holly wasn't in the studio at that time. Several demos were made, one made it into itunes.

The video is definitely not from the eighties - the fashion shown is much more contemporary.

FGTH recorded this song back in 1985/6, but it never made it onto any record until last year.
