I would add that the concept of TRC is amazing. How amnesty is given to some (from whatever side of the conflict) when families or people have permanent reminders, must be hard. But you can never truly right the wrongs of apartheid. I looked on in Europe (during latter days of Apartheid) in horror. Now SA needs to embrace (and many do) its future but respect and not forget the past. It looks an exciting country, I can't wait to go there in 2011.
