Couldnt you just add him to the two new young guys?

Its not the mature engineer's fault if the BMS is difficult to develop and if therefore this takes time !!

Great to see young engineers doing 1st class ground breaking work. Carbon fiber, exotic battery management systems and the whole integrated package is light years ahead of some of the back-yard shade tree tinkerers. This efficient systems approach is so contra to the old " you can't beat cubic inches" mentality. Small light units working together can beat massive ICE vehicles.

At last an update! Why not post something to say the BMS was taking so long geez lol

Be excellent to see some proper track video of this going full belt :D The 1 hour fast port charge is a great idea and if garages didn't adapt for this (those that don't have it already) then they would be stupid seeing the obvious change in automotive use.
