It´s a medley of olympic games songs and was released in 2004 (Athens Olympics)

The instrumental intro part is"Hand in Hand" , (1988 Seoul), then Giorgio Moroder´s "Reach Out" (1984 Sarayevo),then a part I dont know, when the rhythm changes, there is "Go for Gold" (1988 Seoul), and the finall song is again "Hand in Hand" (1988 Seoul).
