did he have a shield up, sometimes that works and protects places the physical shield does not actually cover.  Its based on the shield size.

@SweStuff94 Sure it can, if he spends all his points on Agility and then Weapon Mastery then sits on the training field constantly to up his proficiency.

Or he could have just imported one of his characters over, that way he could have done it in 0 days playtime. By playing normally it isn't doable.

I've done that, alot. It's not just shooting the guy, it's also about supressing. You only used 1 quiver, I've used 3 sometimes :)
