nice shiting and nice video, and im wondering, dont you have to use the clutch to shitft the gears? or the truck is all automatic? and if its automatic, whats that pedal on the left that it sems to be the clutch?
Yes, it's a clutch. You don't need it for shifting, if you time the gears right. I drove with this guy for about two weeks and never saw him miss a shift. He just barely ground the gears a couple of times, but that was about it. It's actually not difficult to shift without the clutch, once you get used to it.
Anyway, this guy pretty much made the thing look like an automatic.
@vitorpereiranovaes If you use a clutch to shift you will grind the gears, a truck trans is made to shift without using the clutch, just hitting the right rpm and letting off the gas a little.
