I'm in ROTC and we meet on Wednesdays for an hour. I'm in 8th grade so I could say the ROTC I am in has a lot of work to do. We do the basic stuff ; faces and alignment for the whole hour.

She is trying to make her commands confusing to show that her team is paying attention, focusing, closely hearing the things that she is saying. Seeing as she is uttering commands rather than just saying them, and the fact that they're wearing digital, it's most likely MCJROTC
