nice dunk , but if your 6'2" man your elbow should be over rim , to be honest looks like your struggling, riding bikes and jump soles will help your hops.
@QuincyUKMiller whenever your in the gym, go up and try to grab the rim as many times as possible, and with weights take a 30lb dumbell in each hand and jump as high as you can vertically, jumping with ankle weights helps also, that's only for jumping you need upper body strength to put the ball in the rim, bench press, incline, ab workouts, etc.
