Dude,if you know something about music and obviously you don't know,this kid does the same inflections of voice that Steve and it's not the same,and that's good it's not the same he's filling up for asinger like in any other band,Have you heard their new songs,check them out,and you'll see.

Sure Arnel is good and yes he sounds alot like Steve. Live he should sound exactly like him, but in the studio were i can hear every nuance I can tell its not Steve and I prefer Steve over anyone else. Sorry its not Journey without him period. Journey is now a parody of itself.

And I don't understand either why the Pro-Perry people are here watching Arnel. If they can't stand Arnel, why go on his site? I don't understand either why all of a sudden, these people are blasting Arnel. They never did this to Augeri and Soto. I am also a big Perry fan, but when I saw Arnel in concert in Chicago, I became a believer. As a matter of fact, I think he is better than Perry. Period.

This recording doesn't do Arnel justice: I saw/heard him sing live at the third concert in Hawaii in March, and he mastered the song perfectly. Seriously, when Dad and I were listening to the original version on the way home, both of us thought Arnel actually did a better job. More impressive a statement from my Dad, cuz he's a bigger Perry fan, but he has ALOT of respect for Arnel since that concert.

Two words "F@#king Awesome" was at the concert in S.L.C.. Was blown away. They couldn't of chosen a better singer. Way better than the dude they had a few years back. This guy can sing, perform and has a great personality. Thanks Arnel for bringing the Journey flame back to life.. Their new song kicks ass too.. also that video in vegas was a bonus song.. its not included on the dvd/revelation too. there were supposed to play faitfully only just for the dvd and they ask the fans to stay for re-shoot and they played 2 more songs and LTS was the last song they played and it blows the roof of ph!
