I'm building up this MB now and DIMM 1 is the one closest to the CPU. You have the RAM in DIMM 3 and 4. Did it work on power up? ?
Right now it looks like you can not use DIMM 1 and maybe 2 when an after market heatsink is used. I have the Arctic Cooler Freexer Pro 7 rev2 and RAM with a heatsink and it does not fit. I will trim down a few fins on the heatsink to make it fit.
