Nice floor routine- it's creative! That gym looks familiar...oh yeah, that's b/c I've spent the last 60 hours there! I like your tumbling! Good job! :-)
Thank you! And yep, I'm the blonde coach! We had a few mess-ups, but overall it was a great meet. I hope we can host one next year too... I really like it being that close to home! lol
Yes, riverview is a nice drive, really. It doesn't take very long to get there, it would be cool if it was at your actual gym next time though.
I didn't do well on bars though, unfortunately I had to compete on top of a fresh rip and 2 other very painful rips. Will you be competing this weekend, at the Sports Fest?
Well, it's better that the meet wasn't at our gym b/c we have a pretty small gym, not a lot of parking, and our floor isn't nearly as springy as that one! That's too bad about your rip(s)... and no, we're not going to Sports Fest. Our next meet is the 2nd qualifier at Golden City and then the Princess Classic at Horizon.
Oh okay, we aren't going to the one at Horizon I don't think, but we'll be at Golden city. The only reason I didn't like competing at the High School was because the bars were quite shaky, at least for our group. They looked lopsided and they seemed wobbly, but It was a fun meet nonetheless. How did YOU do on your Ladies division? Were there very many people competing?
I thought that that was like twice as good as mine. but mine was a 9.5. Hmmm... ill post it soon.

A modified gymnast is in between level 6 and level 7. It's only in AAU, if you're in USAG you wouldn't know what it is. It's like Prep-Opt.

it is preety much 6.5 so in the middle of 6 and 7 i think it is only for AAU though

It was one of my teammates' from last year.. I don't know where she got it. Sorry =[
But you could try looking up instrumental music on iTunes, that's where I found my floor music for the coming year. Hope I could help you.
