Chick really never caught a break in Georgia. I do remember a match against Austin Idol where Idol was posing and Donavan dropped-kicked him from behind out of the ring. Idol, of course, won, but Chick did get the upper hand momentarily; sort of like Skip Young dropkicking Abdullah the Butcher.

I loved that match with Killer Khan in World Class.He kept twisting his knee and hitting it while screaming at the same time.OH GOD MY KNEE MY KNEE Chick screamed.Khan was screaming louder than Chick!The ref stopped the match BECAUSE CHICK WAS UNABLE TO CONTINUE that's what ring announcer Marc Lowrence said.Chick was crying when they carried him out of the ring.That was so fucking funny seeing him crying out his face paint he reminded me of Tammy Baker.He could have joined the PTL club.

Chic Donovan was AWFUL as a worker and as a promo guy. He had his moments in Georgia, but he had his one shot. When Barry Horowitz can out promo you, that's saying something.
