Great results. But i need to ask you something. I'm 16 years old and I borrowed Insanity from a friend. He finished it and he's got excellent results. But the problem is that can't follow the nutrition guide. Not that i don't want to or anything like that. It's just that i'm 16 and i eat what my mom makes. So i want to ask you will i see results even if i don't follow the nutrition guide? If so, how much should I eat everyday?
