  • eu amo!! eu amo!! eu amo!!

  • I dare you to show me a more complete band from the 90's

  • The real thing was their best album !!

  • Patton seems to be another person. He's amazing in both ways

  • Now THAT'S a bass player!

  • I cry everytime I watch. So innocent back in the days. I wished everyday was like this. I wished everyone could understand it.!.

  • @HanPro You better not go to a high school campus then,,,,,, nobody SLIGHTLY understands. Theyre all newbs that run on obnoxious fads.

  • @HanPro <3

  • 2:16 Kickass !

  • never to be recreated enjoy.

  • fantastic show , great

  • @nid333 IT WAS ALL DOWNHILL FROM HERE ON OUT!!! Hahaha...

  • @mrbunghole You didn't like Angel Dust? I loved it. It was different than The Real Thing, but in a good way.

  • @drewper73 I don't know what NID333 had said but my comment was pure sarcasm.

  • @mrbunghole Cool.

  • holy fuck this song makes me want to flip out! bi-polar style! Awesome vid thanks for posting! I've been watching this every day since I found it! Fuck!

  • he's so boyish in the beginning of his career, like a kid with ADHD. Watch the download 2009 festival vids. He's my age so he's 38 or so, a mans peak in looks, style, and tastes. He's branched out of one voice into many within him, almost to the point of sounding possessed! I watch fnmdownloads playlist everyday I can. He reminds me of the Mad Hatter. He kinda reminds me of my son when he was in his 20's here. My son is a vocalist who writes his own music and FNM is one of his fav bands.

  • somethings should never be played without Jim. This along with almost everything from the Real thing included

  • a pubertal patton switching its voice to become the greatest singer of our age.

  • Fucking shitty how much rhcp copied these guys... i love both bands but fnm just seem better in every way i can think of

  • @Satanischer I loved them both, and I do think their music doesn't sound alike at all, I don't think one copied the other, the only thing is that FNM kept making awesome records, while RHCP turned into shit the moment BloodSugarSexMagic came out!

  • @xwolfsbloodx Blood Sugar is one of the greatest albums ever and the Peppers best

  • @stevieVantanna I prefer Mother's milk.

  • @Chulaan you might like it better but BSSM is on a whole different level - songwriting and just vibe

  • Ö amazing

  • I love how Jim's t-shirt becomes a football jersey and then it's a t-shirt again. Movie Magic!

  • @strangelove262 no it doesnt

  • @strangelove262 I think the jersey-fotage might have come from the previous gig at the Odeon.

  • @ArgHamster I figured it was something like that but I thought they had played two nights at Brixton when this was filmed.

  • This vid would have been 1000 times better of the audio was sync'd properly with the video. I still "Liked" it.

  • I'm a huge Tool fan. I want to get into Faith No More, but I don't want to waste my money on buying any albums that may or may not be as good as this song right here. Are there any hardcore Faith no more fans than can tell me their 10 favorite Faith No More songs? If you have more than that, that's fine too, I'm just trying to put their best songs on a badass CD, and I don't really trust "Greatest Hits" CDs, I trust fans. Help me out???????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

  • Well sure 1. Midlife Crisis 2. Malpractice 3. Jizzlobber 4. The Real Thing 5. Zombie Eaters 6. Smaller and Smaller 7. Be Aggressive 8. Caffeine 9. Surprise You're Dead 10. Warpigs (their version is faster, and awesome.)
  • Hammer! Hab dieses ganze Konzert noch auf Video! Und hab sie selber mal LIVE gesehen und gehört! Einfach geniale Band!!!!

  • KEEP ME HOT, KEEP ME STRONG, KEEP ME EVER-EVERLONG!!

  • Funny.. In the beginning Mike didn't seem to mind the Jim so much.. what happened? Really.. Don't answer with something you read of wiki or MTV News.. I know that he didn't show up much for the Angel Dust recordings which is total bull shit. From interviews about this subject from the band members and Jim they have both said that they were not willing to let him have the freedom to do wanted to do which was throw heavy ass riffs at us

  • @mrjcoolness well... mike and the others want to make more vocal music... jim wants trash metal...

  • True but without Jim would Mike have gotten famous and have you worshiping at his balls right now? Maybe, I don't know.. @NasShredder

  • @mrjcoolness no, i'm a bass player so i worship at billy's balls ;)

  • I worship them too! and Mikes.. ha@mrjcoolness

  • @NasShredder u mean thrash metal lol

  • This is one of their best songs, Period if you ask me

  • @twiztidlestat i agree, great efffin song ,,,,

  • at 2:16 I think Mike might have come in a bit early. Not a big deal, just something I noticed.

  • tremenda cancion.... GRACIAS FNM Y PATTON

  • gonna see them live in 8 days

  • Damn... so good. Especially the last 1.5mins

  • truely epic.

  • masterwork!

  • I smile because I am 38 weeks pregnant.. lol

I love this band and most of Patton's other projects, especially Lovage and Mondo cane

  • Great song.

  • BELÍSSIMO!!!

  • The Perfect Song

  • MAÑANA FNM EN CHILE NOS VEMOS ALLA

  • 4.49 gives me fuckin shivers.....

  • the whole fkn song gives me shivers!! lol

    fnm ftw!! <3 :D

  • @SpitfireIRL

Best part of this o so great song!

  • he/they/ was/re/ more metal back in day... after jim was gone... they become more alternative...

  • Their metal influence was all Patton as documented by the band itself.

  • @Agent006510 Bungle was metal.

  • Fantastic song and performance! \m/

  • he did sound a bit shit when he was young, nosy-ish, but definitely got better.

  • Oh fuck, I just came...

  • damn mike patton is good. he sounds nothing short of divine live.

  • I personally think with his 'new' voice he makes the song sound amazing, especially in the beginning.

However I love the high pitch voice for From Out of Nowhere and Epic.

  • agreed, the 'high pitch' voice works on some of their songs ... however i like to think the change was due to maturity and only improved w/ his more complicated songs (i.e. Angel Dust)

  • I prefered mike's voice in that era! a lil' bit more high pitched!

  • I completely agree... but he can't help getting older sadly. Though his later and non-FnM stuff is pretty legit with his deeper voice. But I agree when he sings this song, The Real Thing, Epic, etc. it just isn't as good as it used to be. :( But he is still one of he greatest vocalists of all time.

  • I just love that song ssssssooooooooo mutch !!!!!!

  • esta

    la raja¡¡¡

    grande MIKE PATTON ¡¡¡--

  • Sick Jim smoking a hand rolled cigarette..Classic

  • sure its a cig?

  • dang this song is biliant most by mike patton is tho THANKS YOU for your music

  • MIKE PATTON I LOVE YOUUU

    JEJE

  • love this song! damn Mike looks extremely fuckable in this!

  • Damn - wish they'd shake the dust off this one when (not if) they come down under. I have faith in Faith No More. Let us pray, or visualise or whatever it is you freaks do.

  • the played this song in poland bro - live video is on youtube.

    sounds mean as.

  • thanks for the tip - went and watched it - just as powerful as ever. Maybe the guitar work is not as intricate in parts but it hits hard.

  • I'm so addicted to this video ^.^

    It's intoxicating =D

  • Does anyone know if they play this song on their latest tour? If they announce an Aussie tour i'm going to blow. If they play this song - i'll leap in the air for the entire song.

  • they didnt when i saw them at download, don't think they've played it since real thing tour tbh

  • they played it at their show in moscow!!!..its on here somewhere!

  • brilliant fucking song mike patton is the frank zappa of this generation and the last

  • this was best song from the real thing

  • hell yeah it was. the lyrics in it are just incredible

  • @ellajones1204 I agree that Zombie Eaters was one of their best songs from The Real Thing. However, imo, The Real thing is the best song. .

  • @ellajones1204 yes! The best song from Faith no More!!!

  • @ellajones1204 best FNM song period, IMHO.

  • @ellajones1204 u damn rite

  • @ellajones1204 wats good

  • @ellajones1204 Without a doubt!!

  • @jordyc420

he isnt nearly as talented a musician/composer as Zappa, but certainly awesome. The rest of the band, especially Jim Martin deserve credit for how great this song is.

  • where is this concert?

  • Brixton Academy, London, England

  • brixton academy

  • I found it ! TaRGET SELLS THIS DVD 20 BUX !

  • is there a dvd of this concert ? I'd love to get my hands on it , This great ! thanx for posting this

  • TUNE! My favourite off The Real Thing.

  • Faith no more prepared for sure the 90's grunge period. Great music from the best music decade!

  • FNM have got nothing to do with grunge. They're awesome and one of my favorite bands but the ones who prepared grunge were Neil Young (the godfather of grunge) and later, when the real grunge era began, it was Soundgarden who ruled the scene. By the way, The Melvins were the first grunge band and they made music earlier than FNM did

  • On a side note, which you may know, but others may not. Chris Cornell was a prospective singer for FNM band before they got Mike Patton. Although I am not sure who was pursuing who.

  • Great classic!

  • yo tengo ese DVD xD

    sin duda la mejor cancion

  • holy shit man... i cant belive my uncle actually met these guys! freaking awsome! he has a pic in his room that i want of him and Patton =]

  • Bring back Big Sick Ugly Jim with his metal riffs and rock a tour...

  • Definitely disappointed he's not involved with the Reunion, but atleast happy the reunion is happening.

  • Really!? It's not a reunion without either Patton or Martin. And I know...neither of them were in the original band.

  • Regardless, the reunion show was awesome.

  • Learn to spell you moron.

  • Mike Patton's looking pretty skinny there huh? You wouldn't be scared of him. Great music though, FNM are legends. So good I watched it twice!

  • love this song

  • erich elster prefers my chemical romance

  • I bet he was born sometime after 1990, has worn eyeliner in an effort to look "cool" (as opposed to "scary" or "alienating"), has never headbanged for fun all alone in his room, has never had his ass kicked (though might benefit from the experience), and has laid alone in his bed seriously wondering if he would enjoy getting a blowjob from his best guy friend.

  • you know FNM is making a reunion tour? bad thing is that they're only touring in UK for now. hope they come to US.

  • Are you serious!! They have to come to the US!!!

  • HEHE! Bring on Download Festival 2009!

  • I WANT THE IN AUSTRALIA

  • BRILL!*****

  • is this from ''you fat bastards'' video?

  • I had this on VHS

  • Slayer,fnm,metallica,megadeth...best bands ever

  • come back faith no more!! real music!! not this brittny crap!!! you agree???

  • I understand your saying ... To me it is the kind of lirics of many pop stars that have less meaning than bare facts of life . I loved this tube ! Peace + knowledge for all !

  • the best song at the real thing.i love it

  • i think these guys woke people up. people were hungry for something really different. i think faith no more prepared people for the 90's rock movement and helped them embrace it when it came. before pearl jam and nirvana exsisted..before metallica became big...FNM ruled

  • I agree with you on all counts bar one... Metallica were huge in 1986 matey. They just went mainstream in 1991 with the Black Album, which is when a lot of people got into them. FNM were a great, unique and influencial band with there alternative approach though!

  • I meant "Their" not "There"! Doh!

  • metallica was already very very big. In fact, after releasing master of puppets, james hatfield gave an interview to metal hammer and said that FNM were among his 5 favorite bands (others were misfits, samhain (former misfits), black sabbath and red hot vhili peppers. it was in 1986 if I remember well. beside that, martin and late cliff burton were big friends.

  • damn, he's hot.

  • this song is probably the greatest fnm song ever this makes me happy when nothing else does if ya no what i mean

  • thats funny because i think it's beautiful, but yet it makes me sad.

  • i love this song. this is the greatest band ever imo. if they did get back together for a tour i would most have see them.

  • great fucking song

  • Such a great song. Is there any chance of FNM getting back together for a couple of shows.

  • just an amazing band, don't compare with anyone as far as im concerned, totally unique

  • I agree with you laohare

  • Not heard this for years.. used to love this song back in the day..

  • just fucking great

  • I miss these guys :(

  • one of the most under rated bands of all times!

love this song (also interpreted as a relationship between and older woman and much younger man)

  • rare alternative era , i listened it with my high panasonic k7's .

  • Napalm Death and Night Of The Living Dead!

  • they played it in Katowice in 1992 (I think), but I couldn't go then. unfortunately, they didn't play it in Katowice in 1997 (I think) when I was grown up enough to attend. I still wish I would hear the song then.

  • boh versions r good but the reg is better

  • Wow!Another FNM song that I didn't know!

The debut arpeggios remind me of "Return to Serenity" by Testament and the "shred" parts reminds me of some thrash/power metal acts like Pantera...

Totally kickass!and Mike has one of the most powerfull voice of the world!

  • its on their big hit album the real thing. i recomend buying it. you wont be dissapointed

  • i just bought it yestiday, i still like angel dust more, but its a sooper close second!

  • Probably my favorite non video/single-song by FNM.

  • amazing

  • The song is basically sung from a babies point of view. One of favs from FTM!!

  • It can also be interpreted as an unhealthy obsessive relationship if you look at it in a different context.

  • hell yeah awesome vid thanks

  • you tried google. fnm zombie eaters. lyrics? d'oh

  • k, . .to start i am a serious "faith" fan, i just don't know what mikes sayin' . . . . .any help on them lyrics.?

  • In the actual recordings on the albums it is easier to understand what he says.

  • lol... 10 ear orgasms one after another! FNM 4 life! a wonderful song

  • Thanks fer posting this good shite!!! Patton is a musical genius. Loved Him for a decade and a half

  • One of my favorite FNM songs... I fucking love this band. Their live songs sound nearly identical to the album ones, unlike most of todays shit music where the only music it seems they can make is sitting in front of Pro-Tools.

  • Paton¡¡ great¡¡

  • this gets my heart rate up quite a bit.

  • ooohhhh yeah GREAT MEMORIES !!!!

    thanks for posting !!

  • Simply put, Paton is a genius.

  • I love this band.

  • this proves my theory that......FAITH NO MORE IS THE GREATEST BAND EVER!
